“Great groomers! We took our 4 month old Lhasa Apso for her first puppy cut. We did our research and 9Tails looked great on the reviews...but we were still nervous about our babies first cut. We didn’t need to worry, Matt and Sarah were brilliant, not only are they incredibly professional and knowledgeable on dog grooming, their love for all dogs is obvious. “I contacted Matt and Sarah @9tailsdoggrooming to see if they could bath and trim the nails of our precious Golden Retriever Lex. They replied really quickly and booked him in today. Their communication was excellent. When we arrived Lex and I were made very welcome, even though we were a little bit late! The groom room was spotless and very modern. I had no reservations leaving Lex with Sarah and Matt and was confident he would be well cared for. As soon as Lex was ready to be collected I got a call. Lex seemed totally chilled and looked beautiful. Sarah had managed to trim his nails, where we had failed previously and given him a good bath and spruce up! It was also great value for the amount of time they spent with him. *I would highly recommend 9tails dog grooming* Next time we will bring Lex for a full groom, if you will have a big fluff ball like him!!
